All sales are final.
As a small business, every sale goes back into our studio and towards supplies. Because of that, we’re unable to offer returns, refunds, or store credit, so please take a moment to shop thoughtfully.
Exchanges are available only under limited conditions. Please review our Refund and Return Policy prior to purchasing.

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery for a small fee, within the following municipalities of Greater Victoria.
- Sidney
- North Saanich
- Central Saanich
- Saanich
- Oak Bay
- Victoria core
- Esquimalt
- Victoria West
Local Deliveries are executed weekly on Saturdays. Orders must be placed Thursday by 11pm PDT in order to qualify for delivery the following Saturday, otherwise they fall to the next week's delivery.
Shipping
We offer FREE tracked shipping via Canada Post, Expedited, for orders over $175.
For all other online orders, we offer shipping with Canada Post or Purolator. You can choose your preferred carrier at checkout.
Depending on your location, shipping times may vary between 2-9 business days once your order has been fulfilled. In some cases, this time can be longer due to unforeseen carrier logistics.
We do our best to fulfill your order within 2 business days.
